PHOENIX/23 BENEFIT SHOWAwareness through Art
Equality through Eduction Phoenix/23 is an ASL Theatrical Signing Troupe whose mission is to bring awareness and better understand the deaf culture and community. P/23 finds a way for younger generations to learn and be passionate about learning ASL then we can help get more accessible opportunities for our local deaf community. P/23 is a performance troupe that uses theatrical signing to tell stories through signing and music. When we hold events our proceeds go to the local deaf community by donating to JCIL: Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services. This year we will have a total of 10 songs performed by our troupe. Our seniors directed and produced 5 pieces of their own for the showcase. As well as, 5 pieces from Kennedy Moore the P/23 Director. This show is great for all age ranges and has something for EVERYONE to enjoy. Tickets are $10/ticket or $30/family There is accessible seating and closed captioning. You may buy tickets at the door or online. |
